Mindful Stress Reduction

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week course. It is designed to help you lesson stress and cope with pain and illness. In this course, you will learn and apply skills to let go of the past, be less anxious about the future and have more energy and peace in your day to day life. Workshops can be delivered in a corporate or public setting.

Mindful Communication

Relationships are hard work! Whether it’s communicating with loved ones or colleagues, it takes equal parts skill and mindfulness to navigate these waters effectively. Using the foundation of nonviolent communication, Mindful Communication can bring hope to the rocky storms of any relationship. This includes relationships that have just begun, are ongoing or need to end.

Patricia has traveled the world, exploring ways to cultivate meaning, purpose, and happiness for herself and others. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, Patricia has guided many clients on their paths to greater well-being and fulfillment. Her second Master’s in Organizational Systems provided her with advanced coaching and facilitation expertise to inspire transformative change for individuals and groups alike. Since 2007, Patricia has dedicated herself to mastering compassion and empathy through Nonviolent Communication, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) facilitation, and Solution-Focused coaching. Grounded in two decades of meditation, yoga, and mindfulness practice, Patricia’s work reflects the heart of her life’s passion: empowering others to create balance, connection, and joy.

Mindfulness Training

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses are 8 weeks in duration, with a 1 day retreat between sessions 6 and 7. varies in cost per person. Mindful Communication

Training in Nonviolent (also known as empathic or compassionate) communication is normally a 2 day workshop for foundational training.
